Cancellation Policy

​

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will receive an 80% refund.

Rescheduling Policy

​

If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice whenever possible. One reschedule may be accommodated and your payment can be applied to a new date, subject to availability. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be handled under the cancellation policy.

If a session needs to be rescheduled due to unsafe weather, illness, or another unavoidable circumstance, I'll work with you to find a new date that works for both of us.

Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

​

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session so we can make the most of our time together. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid affecting other bookings.

​

If you're running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled session and do not make contact may be considered a no-show, and the session payment may be forfeited.

Image Delivery & Editing Policy

​

Each session includes a carefully curated gallery of professionally edited images that reflect my photography style. Final images will be delivered through an online gallery within 2–3 weeks of your session unless otherwise communicated.

​

Raw or unedited images are not included. Every image is individually selected and edited for color, lighting, and overall presentation to create a gallery that feels polished, timeless, and true to your family's story.

Copyright & Personal-Use Policy

​

You're welcome to download, print, and share your final images for personal use with family and friends. I retain the copyright to all photographs, which simply means the images may not be sold or used for commercial purposes without my written permission.

Portfolio & Photo-Use Policy

​

I may use selected images from your session on my website, portfolio, social media, or other promotional materials to showcase my work. Every image is shared thoughtfully and with the same care that goes into creating it.

If you'd prefer to keep your images private, simply let me know in writing before your session, and I'll be happy to honor your request.
